Anhui Chirun Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is located in the Integrative Economic Development Zone of Quanjiao County in Anhui province, which belongs to the automobile industrial economic belt of Yangtzs River Delta concentrating on Shanghai, with convenient traffic of land, water and air. Our company covers an area of 20000 sq ms, , with total investment amouting to over 30 million RMB. It is an well-established enterprise specialized in cold extrusion industry, integrating design, manufacturing and sales of tooling/fixture and products. It is well equipped with complete and various kinds of precision machining equipments, cold extrusion forming equipments and stamping/pressing equipments.

At present (its) main products include covers and caps of filters and fuel pumps, aluminum alloy forging tubes and other aluminum alloy or non-ferrous metallic parts for electrical/electronic and mechanical systems in automotive industry and industrial sectors.

Keeping an eye on the development trend of future metalworking and forming technologies and the technical advantages of cold extrusion techniques, our company plans to make vigorous input into cold extrusion business (including tooling techniques) and continuously build and improve cold extrusion product lines. We plan to introduce internationally advanced full set of cold extrusion technologies and work flow in tooling, production management and quality control, striving for building a big-sized internationally first-class manufacturing and exporting base in cold extrusion in China.

In business orientation, we plan to center on developing business cooperative relationship with multinational auto parts first-tier or second-tier suppliers, multinational purchasers for industrial parts and domestic big or medium-sized buyers for mechanical/metallic parts, to develop market-oriented products with better quality and at lower costs by using advanced cold extrusion techniques and related metalworking techniques (including casting and machining, etc. ) in collaboration with our domestic and overseas clients, to develop mutually beneficial and win-win long-term/strategic cooperative partnership with our clients.

Our strong points include the following-

Our Anhui Chirun cold extrusion factory will be complete with capabilities in designing/developing and manufacturing cold extrusion tools and full series of cold extrusion products, through further technical upgrading and equipments′introduction. We can carry out trans-serial OE matched business cooperation, say, to extend to fields such as casting and machining, etc., according to customers or projects′overall/strategic sourcing requirements.

2. We have a contingent of managerial personnels who are familiar with cold extrusion techniques and production and enterprise operational management.
